We make changes to our inventory based on product availability, the discovery of new and unique items and/or seasons. As a result, substitutions may be made in the gift basket you order. Rest assured, that any items we replace will be matched with products of equal or greater value and quality.
We will not refund any opened gift baskets. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Any baskets returned to us because our carrier was unable to deliver them for any reason are non-refundable, however we are happy to ship them again. Additional shipping costs will be charged.
Returns for refund of regular price merchandise must be requested within 3 days of receipt of order.
All products returned are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Discounted or sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We make every effort to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition. However, if your gift arrives damaged, or if we make a mistake with your order or the product is defective, we will be happy to replace it. Please note, you must report damages or mistakes to us within three days of receipt of the gift.
Please ask your recipient to keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it will need to be returned to us.
